Shoecare247 offers a full refund or replacement to anyone dissatisfied with their purchase, providing the product is returned at the buyers expense to us and is within 30 days of purchase, The item must be unused or Opened and in its original Condition.Refund will be issued when the item had been returned back  to us in its original unused/ unopened condition
